Cooking & Pastry Uses

You can use the Ganoderma powder to make tea or coffee beverages.

A small tip is that you should never use boiled water, only warm or cold because it destroys a significant part of the nutritional properties.

However, there are several ways to use Ganoderma.

For example, you can add in the juice, in the smoothie, at breakfast e.g oat flakes or other cereals, in the pudding, in soups, in sauces, in the salad.

Dosage

In powder form, the recommended dose is between 2gr / 0.07oz and 6gr / 0.21oz  per day, an amount equivalent to about half to one teaspoon.
