Cook chicken wings in the oven, adding Sichuan pepper, coriander, cumin, anise, salt and black pepper, marinating for a few hours.

Make a burger by adding it to the mixture, Sichuan pepper, cumin, chili, fennel, ginger, salt and black pepper.

An essential ingredient in the Chinese mixture of five spices, it adds a different note to the grinder with the remaining peppers.

It goes well with all meats, especially pork, duck and turkey, while it has an excellent relationship with large shells, such as the scallops of Agios Iakovos.

Try it on chocolate sweets or strawberries.
